Tanya​​​​ Grimaldo

VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMERCIAL LEASING

Tanya Grimaldo brings more than ten years of experience to the role of Vice President of Commercial Leasing at L&L Holding. Working alongside Executive Vice President Jonathan Tootell, Tanya helps manage the leasing of L&L’s entire eight million-square-foot portfolio of premier New York City office properties, including such iconic buildings as 425 Park Avenue, 195 Broadway and Terminal Warehouse.

Prior to joining L&L, Tanya spent nearly a decade at the Durst Organization, most recently serving as Associate Director of Commercial Leasing. During her tenure, she supported leasing for the firm’s six million-square-foot West Side office portfolio. Notable projects include the repositioning of 151 West 42nd Street and 1155 Avenue of the Americas, as well as the headquarters relocations for tenants such as TikTok, BMO Capital Markets, Nasdaq, and the National Basketball Players Association.

Tanya earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University and a Certificate of Real Estate Finance from CUNY Baruch College. She has been recognized for her work in the industry, earning spots on Commercial Observer’s “30 Under 30” list in 2016 and Crain’s Business’s “Rising Star in Real Estate” in 2019. Tanya is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Real Estate Board of New York, Young Men’s & Women’s Real Estate Association and CREW New York.
