Stephanie Gottwald

ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT & CORPORATE CONTROLLER

Mrs. Gottwald is an Assistant Vice President & Corporate Controller with over 10 years of real estate finance and accounting experience. She is responsible for the financial reporting and investment analysis of the partners’ accounts.

Prior to joining L&L, she was an Assistant Controller at Madison Capital where she oversaw all corporate, investor reporting and property level accounting for various retail, office and mixed-use properties within the portfolio. Earlier in her career, she was an Assistant Controller at Thor Equities and a supervisor in the Assurance Department at Marcum LLP where she audited real estate joint ventures, real estate investment funds as well as commercial, residential and hotel properties. Stephanie began her career at RSM McGladrey.

Mrs. Gottwald graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University and is fluent in Spanish.
