Ronald Gentile

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

A CPA with more than 21 years of real estate experience, Mr. Gentile oversees the financial and accounting aspects of L&L Holding.

Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and COO of Gale International (formerly The Gale Company) responsible for all financial management, accounting staff and procedures, and IT initiatives. In this capacity he was instrumental in The Gale Company’s $450 million strategic merger with Mack-Cali Realty Trust.

Earlier in his career Mr. Gentile was a Vice President and Senior Financial Officer for Vornado Realty Trust, responsible for the financial performance of the company’s 13.5 million-square-foot New York office portfolio. He began his career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen followed by various financial positions with The O’Connor Group and Cornerstone Properties.

Mr. Gentile was awarded a BBA in Accounting Magna Cum Laude from Baruch College.
