Rodaya Cordero is a Property Accountant at L&L Holding Company and is responsible for accounting and financial reporting functions for 261 Eleventh Avenue, also known as Terminal Warehouse.
Previously, Ms. Cordero worked at Onyx Management Group and IVL Group as a Senior Property Accountant where she was responsible for general accounting functions for multiple retail, commercial, and industrial properties.
Prior to Onyx Management Group, Rodaya worked at SmartCentres REIT (formerly Calloway REIT) as Manager, Operations Accounting and Special Projects. Rodaya was responsible for financial and management reporting of Wal-Mart anchored shopping centers and projects assigned by the EVP of Asset Management including property transitions, process documentation, budget coordination and certain aspects of accounting system implementation.
Prior to SmartCentres REIT, Ms. Cordero worked as a Financial Controller at Kalli Management Limited where she was responsible for accounting and financial reporting functions of residential, commercial, and retail properties.
Rodaya graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration, major in Accounting from the University of The Philippines. Ms. Cordero is a USCPA certificate holder and has over 23 years in the CRE industry.
