Mitesh Soni

ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT

Mitesh Soni is currently Assistant Vice President for L&L Holding Company with over 8 years of real estate experience. In this role he oversees the company’s financial operations including its accounting processes & policies, corporate reporting and tax compliance.
Previously, he was the Real Estate Assurance Senior at Marcum LLP responsible for providing audit, due diligence, and advisory services to real estate clients. He has experience in dealing with REITs, real estate joint ventures, real estate investment funds and in commercial, residential and hotel properties.

He began his career in the Financial Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Soni has a BS in Accounting & Finance from Rutgers University.
