Lynn Feng

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Ms. Feng is a Senior Vice President and oversees the legal department at L&L. In this role, she provides all legal support for the company, as well as guidance and counsel on the firm’s projects and transactions, including such current and future icons as 425 Park Avenue, 390 Madison Avenue, Terminal Warehouse and more.

Prior to joining L&L, Ms. Feng was a real estate attorney in the New York office of Paul Hastings LLP, where she worked on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, focusing on acquisitions, debt financing and joint venture development.

Ms. Feng received her undergraduate degree from Yale University and her JD from New York University School of Law. In addition to her work at L&L, she provides pro bono legal counsel to Sanctuary for Families, working with victims of domestic and other gender violence. Ms. Feng is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
