Kevin Hoey

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Hoey has more than thirty years of expertise in the construction, operations and property management industries throughout New York, New Jersey and New England. Before joining L&L Holding Company in 2012, Mr. Hoey served in similar capacities as Vice President/Property Management at DTZ and Managing Director of commercial properties for Capital Properties LLC.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Hoey was a Portfolio Manager at Tishman Speyer Properties where he was responsible for the transition and property management of former Olympia & York portfolios, Rockefeller Center, the Chrysler Building as well as the management of other NYC assets.

In his capacity as Director of Operations, he is responsible for the property management and operational functions for the company’s entire portfolio of commercial assets.

Mr. Hoey attended Iona College and currently lives in Westchester with his wife and two children.
