John Fallon

MANAGING DIRECTOR, CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

As Chief Security Officer, John Fallon manages and supervises L&L Holding Company’s property-level security teams across its entire 10 million-square-foot portfolio of assets in New York and Miami.
John brings nearly four decades of security industry experience spanning Federal and local law enforcement, corporate security and commercial real estate security to his role at L&L. John began his career in the New York City Police Department. A decorated Detective, he spent 22 years conducting local, State and Federal investigations for the New York Drug Enforcement Task Force, the oldest such task force in the nation.
He then moved on to the private sector, spending a decade as a Director of Security in the luxury retail industry before being named Director of Security at Paramount Group, overseeing security throughout its commercial real estate holdings in New York City. John holds a New York State Watchguard license and numerous certificates in emergency management, including FDNY fire life safety certificates. He also studied at Nassau Community College.
