Jake Dersovitz

VICE PRESIDENT

In his role as Vice President, Jake Dersovitz works alongside Senior Managing Director Yong Cho and L&L’s acquisitions team to help source, evaluate and pursue new investment opportunities.

Since joining L&L in June 2021, Jake has expanded his role and responsibilities.  He started at L&L as an Assistant Vice President, managing the day-to-day execution of TSX Broadway, a $2.5 billion mixed-use asset in Times Square.  Prior to joining L&L, Jake was a Senior Associate, Investments at Palatine Capital Partners, responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management of investments across Palatine’s multifamily and senior housing strategies.

Over the course of his career, Jake has executed $1.45 billion of transactions across office, multifamily, industrial, and retail.

Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
