Howard Slavin

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Howard Slavin brings more than three decades of real estate industry experience, including more than a decade at L&L Holding, to his current role. As Executive Vice President, Howard leads L&L’s Asset Management Department and oversees its Metropolitan Cleaning and Metropolitan Security divisions.

Howard returned to L&L in June 2022 after spending six years as Chief Operating Officer at Allied Partners. At Allied, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations and profitability of the company’s portfolio of owned and third-party managed properties in New York and Miami. During his tenure, Howard led the successful integration of Allied’s coop/condo management division and helped to grow the residential management division.

Prior to serving as COO of Allied, Howard spent ten years at L&L as Senior Vice President, Director of Asset Management, overseeing the firm’s portfolio of New York City office buildings.

Howard earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment and Development from New York University; a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University; and a Real Property Administrator designation from BOMA. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Bryant Park Corporation, as well as the Real Estate Committees of Park Avenue Synagogue and DOROT.
