Evan Ross

SENIOR ASSOCIATE ASSET MANAGER

Evan Ross joined L&L Holding Company as Senior Associate Asset Manager. Working alongside Executive Vice President Howard Slavin, Evan executes financial modeling, leasing analysis and budget reconciliations. In addition, he identifies and assesses value-add investment opportunities to optimize L&L’s portfolio of premier commercial assets.

Prior to joining L&L, Evan was a Senior Associate Asset Manager at real estate investment and management company Sage Realty. He oversaw a three million-square-foot office portfolio, handling all financial sensitivity analyses and financial reporting. He also worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst at global insurance organization AIG.

Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, with specializations in Finance and Real Estate.
