Devin Adams

ACQUISITIONS ASSOCIATE

As an Acquisitions Associate, Devin Adams works alongside Senior Managing Director Yong Cho and L&L's acquisitions team to help source, evaluate, and execute new investment opportunities across the firm's portfolio.

Devin joined L&L Holding Company in June 2024 as an Asset Management Analyst and was promoted to Asset Manager later that year. As Asset Manager, he was responsible for the day-to-day oversight and execution of business plans and value enhancement initiatives for 114 Fifth Avenue, 150 Fifth Avenue, and Terminal Warehouse.

Prior to joining L&L, Devin served as an Appraiser in Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation & Advisory group, where he specialized in institutional-quality office and retail properties throughout Manhattan. During his tenure, he completed valuations for a variety of notable assets, including several L&L properties such as 195 Broadway, Terminal Warehouse, and 114 Fifth Avenue.

Devin holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Scranton. Outside of the office, Devin can be found navigating the fairways as he relishes his time on the golf course.
