Devin Adams

ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST

As Asset Management Analyst, Devin Adams is responsible for implementing the business plan and value enhancement projects for properties across L&L Holding’s portfolio. Reporting to Executive Vice President Howard Slavin, Devin’s responsibilities include conducting detailed financial analyses, assisting in budget preparation, managing asset-related reporting and collaborating closely with partners and lenders.

Devin brings three years of industry experience to his role. Prior to L&L, Devin served as an Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield in their Valuation & Advisory department, where he primarily focused on institutional-level office and retail properties throughout Manhattan. Notable assignments while at Cushman & Wakefield included iconic L&L properties such as 195 Broadway, Terminal Warehouse and 114 Fifth Avenue.

Devin holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Scranton. Outside of the office, Devin can be found navigating the fairways as he relishes his time on the golf course.
