Anna Kuperman

SENIOR PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

Anna Kuperman is a Senior Project Accountant at L&L Holding Company and is responsible for preparing draw packages for funding, processing payments, and performing month end close processes.

Previously, Ms. Kuperman was a project accountant at Hines. Throughout her time there, she worked on several ground-up development projects; ranging from condos, to mixed use (office space/commercial) properties to luxury senior housing. Working on buildings in different fields helped Anna gain lots of exposure to the industry as a whole and to the different sides of developmental accounting. Anna put together the draw packages, monitored budgets, processed all payments, and ensured funding was accurate and on time. Most notable projects Ms. Kuperman worked on are 56 Leonard, 100 East 53rd Street, One Vanderbilt, Sunrise at East 56th Street, and 2330 Broadway. Prior to Hines, Anna worked in public accounting where she prepared tax returns, financial statements and assisted with audits.

Anna Kuperman graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelors in Accounting.
