Tyler Rice

ACQUISITIONS ASSOCIATE

Tyler Rice is an Acquisitions Associate at L&L Holding Company. Tyler focuses on the acquisitions of new assets in the New York and Florida markets and is responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and capital structuring.

Previously, Tyler was an investment analyst at Skyline AI where he focused on using proprietary artificial intelligence to uncover acquisitions and recapitalization opportunities in the multifamily space.

Tyler graduated cum laude from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and received his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance with distinction from New York University.
