James Marcellino

VICE PRESIDENT OF LEASING

James Marcellino brings more than a decade of commercial leasing experience to his role at L&L Holding Company. Working alongside Executive Vice President David Berkey, James helps manage the leasing of LL’s entire, 7 million square foot portfolio of premier New York City office properties, including 425 Park Avenue, Terminal Warehouse and 195 Broadway.
Prior to L&L, James served as a Senior Director at CIM Group, where he led leasing for the firm’s portfolio of office assets across the Northeast. He secured a number of significant transactions during his tenure, including several record-setting deals at 16 Court Street in Brooklyn and a 30-year lease with the IDEAL School of Manhattan’s relocation to 5 Hanover Square in Tribeca. A graduate of Syracuse University, James began his real estate career at CBRE and later became a Vice President at The Moinian Group, where he managed office and retail leasing.
