Eric Kanata

ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Eric Kanata is an Asset Management Analyst at L&L Holding Company and is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, leasing analysis, and calculating investment returns. He also assists the development, acquisitions, and accounting teams on analysis of current and future projects.

Previously, Mr. Kanata worked for Jamestown at their Industry City complex where he was an accountant and senior analyst for the largest private adaptive reuse project in the nation at over 6 million square feet.

Eric graduated from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration and is a member of ULI.
