Randi Kaufman

VP OF ASSET MANAGEMENT

As Vice President of Asset Management, Randi Kaufman oversees a five-asset portfolio in L&L Holding Company’s 10 million-square-foot portfolio of premier New York City office properties along with The Wynwood Plaza in Miami and is responsible for managing repositioning projects and contract negotiations.  

An industry veteran of more than three decades of experience, Randi came to L&L from ESG Kullen, a boutique multi-family investment company. As Chief Operating Officer, she managed policy, procedures, and reporting requirements for a portfolio of value-add condominium deconversion properties in Florida, Illinois and South Carolina. She also successfully directed the management and re-development of 651 residential units in downtown Chicago and oversaw a $16.8 million renovation program and lender draw process.  Earlier, Randi was Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Pacific Urban
Residential, where she helped to establish the company’s start-up division and evaluated investment opportunities across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Randi has also held senior level investment positions at such major institutions such as HNA Holding Group, Silverstein Properties, KBS Realty, BlackRock, Normandy Realty, and MetLife Real Estate Investments.  Randi earned an MBA in Finance from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University. She also has a CPA license.
