Michael Salcito

ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT

Michael Salcito is an Asset Management Analyst at L&L Holding Company and is responsible for implementing the business plan and value enhancement projects for properties within the portfolio through budgeting, lease analysis and capital expenditure planning.

Previously, Michael worked at Fortress Investment Group as a Senior Associate where he managed accounting for real estate opportunistic funds that held over $1.1 billion in AUM.

Prior to Fortress Investment Group, Michael was a Senior Associate at KPMG where he was an audit professional for the real estate sector.

Michael has his Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and received his Master’s in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
