Michael Bolton

VICE PRESIDENT

Michael serves as a Vice President at L&L Holding Company and is dedicated to the TSX Broadway development, where he manages construction and design activities for the project.

Michael has over 13 years of construction management experience in New York and New Jersey markets. Prior to joining L&L, Michael served as Project Executive with the development firm Anbau Enterprises, were he was responsible for the construction of two luxury condominium developments in Manhattan totaling over 100,000sf. Michael’s role coordinated construction, design, legal, financing and leasing aspects of these projects. Michael also worked for the construction management firm Whiting-Turner, where he performed various roles on commercial, retail and solar projects. Notable projects included the 950,000sf renovation of the Bergen Town Center in Paramus, NJ and the continued development of the American Dream mall at the Meadowlands in New Jersey.

Michael graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and New York University with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management.
