Jake Dersovitz

VICE PRESIDENT

Jake Dersovitz is Vice President at L&L Holding Company and is responsible for the day-to-day execution of TSX Broadway, a $2.5 billion mixed-use asset in Times Square.

Previously, Mr. Dersovitz was a Senior Associate, Investments at Palatine Capital Partners, responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio management of investments across Palatine’s multifamily and senior housing strategies. Prior to Palatine Capital Partners, Jake was a Senior Associate at New York Life Real Estate Investors.

Jake has executed $1.45 billion of transactions across office, multifamily, industrial, and retail.

Jake graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Economics.
