Cindy Caraballo

PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

Cindy Caraballo is a Property Accountant at L&L Holding Company. Cindy is responsible for all day to day, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and financial reporting functions involving 425 Park Avenue and assists with other properties as needed.

Cindy has nine years of expeirence in the industry. Previously, Ms. Caraballo was a Property Accountant at Nightingale Properties, responsible for a portfolio of 15+ commerical properties. She focused on financial reporting packages for lenders and investors and annual audit processes.

Cindy holds a B.S. in Accounting from Herbert H. Lehman College.
